I've had great service when picking up a vehicle, but my most recent experience dropping off was less than ideal. I spoke with agent Chelsea by phone to coordinate drop off and a drive back... what she did not inform me is that she was having another driver take me back.  1. The driver never introduced himself and Chelsea never introduced him either. 2. He smelled of cigarette smoke -
 which, unfortunately, I am allergic to.  Started having an allergy episode and migraine on the car ride back...not ideal, luckily it didn't reach the point of needing my inhaler, just a few meds.

Jake from State Farm has nothing in Jake from Enterprise!
The only thing I didn't like was how their tablet's Bluetooth capability outside the office.
We had to go back in to swipe my credit card.
Otherwise, Home Run Jake!

Booked online, got a confirmation number , drove an hour+, no cars available with no email telling me so. Complete waste of time.

As a person that has been in the Customer Service sector for over 15 years, I wanted to review this staff as I think it is important to do so when deserved. 
I have to say, when looking at the Cameron location online, I was a bit nervous. The reviews are not great. But, coming from Hayward and needing to get down to Madison, I had a lack of options. And so I booked a car. 
From the time that I reserved it (3 weeks in advance), to the time I dropped it off, I dealt primarily with 3 people (reservations, pick-up, drop-off) and all three of them were lovely. Kind, helpful, personable, and patient...though I was a first time renter with lots of questions. They even brought some humor into the process, which I appreciated! They made what was an intimidating process for me, fast, easy, and painless. 
I will absolutely use this service again. Also, as an FYI - I do not know any of these people personally, nor do I have any ties to Enterprise. Just wanted to place an honest review as to the service I was provided.

Our agent, whose name I have regrettably forgotten, was quite friendly. She also had excellent facility with the rental software so there were no long pauses while trying to figure something out or looking things up etc that I have seen in the past with other rental places. I was ok with the single option that my insurance company was springing for, but she upgraded us so that was really nice.
