I rent cars here 3 times a month and have for the last 5 years. Good Revenue for them $7,000 a year from me as a company expense. The staff is great they take care of their customers.   The only complaint I have they can't keep a Store Manager big turnover in this position.   Mr. Green

I have rented from Enterprise for many many years. I called a head and reserved a car for the time my car was going in for repairs. I have one of those lovely little cards with a member number on it. Gave them all that.
when I turned it in and got the bill..........no discount no thanks for being a loyal customer. The young snipets said should have gave all that info when you registered. Which I did but we can't change it now. I could have gotten a cheaper rate elsewhere. Next time will go there instead

Clean cars for an affordable rate.  The staff are great.  The $400 deposit may shock folks that are not aware of it.  They do post it to your credit card as soon as you rent a car.  I only had to have my car for one day so the deposit never posted from the "pending transactions" on my card.  It was removed before posting to the account balance since I returned my car the next day.  Very convenient location  with lots of parking on site for someone dropping you off.  I think they will bring the car to you if you qualify and give them far enough notice when booking. They call you quick to confirm availability when you reserve on-line.

Great service and fantastic attitude.  While I had to wait for 20 minutes while they got my car ready, the staff was fantastic.  Great job by everyone.

Attendents were polite.  Car quality, etc was fine.  However, pick up at our hotel was delayed (1 1/2 hours) and attributed to the fact that we had made a same day reservation.  Repeated calls inquiring about the pickup promised that they were doing the best they could and pick up could be soon.  Bottom line - the pick up status provided was wrong and accurate information would have enabled alternative plans.
