Blayne Branch Manager and Samantha asst Branch Manager are wonderful! My wife and I have been dealing with this branch for 10+ years and they have always went above and beyond to help us! If our car size wasn’t available they worked very hard to help us get the rental we needed!! I know it’s a tough business and you always can’t make every customer happy, but we have observed them always doing their best to help every customer and making each customer feel important and a priority! ( even the rude customers ) We will continue to use this branch!

Worst rental car experience that I have ever had.  Every car, the rep showed me was filthy.  The seats and consoles were dirty.  When I asked for the interior to be cleaned, the rep stated that she was sorry that the car was not up to my standards.  I wasn't asking for anything extraordinary - I just wanted a clean vehicle.  Finally after about 1.5 hours, I was offered a car that was cleaner than the four prior vehicles.  Although, it did have animal hair in it that was very prominent.  I have always been pleased renting vehicles from Enterprise and was very disappointed with this experience.

Unhappy with my most recent car rental experience. My branch is consistently under staffed and consequently are unable to honor one of Enterprises most frequent advertisements (offering to pick customers up from home). Additionally, I did not appreciate that they gave away my rental forcing me into a higher level car for $20 more per day. I was told since I arrived 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time they gave my reserved (confirmed by phone that morning when they couldn't come pick me up) car away - even though I was forced to wait in an empty branch while the under staffed reps were checking people in and out for close to 30 minutes. Thus, I was not late and while I waited I did not see any cars being rented of the same level as my confirmed level car. Meaning it was given away before the 30 minute pick up window. In the past I stopped using Enterprise due to similar experiences and I guess I am back to Hertz, etc.
