I was very unhappy with the service I got from this location on Friday. When I arrived I was told there were 2 Camry and one Altima available. I picked the clean Camry that was parked by the door because the other one was filthy inside and out. I was told I couldn't get the clean one because it was taken even though no one was there to get it. After settling for the dirty one I called back to let the salesman know it had been smoked in and I didn't want to be charged extra. His response was "I can't do anything about someone does to a car after it leaves". I was just letting Enterprise know so I wouldn't be blamed.

Overall, this was a positive experience.  It would have been better if the vehicle i was renting was ready to go.  In fact, it was in transit and i waited about 35 minutes for the vehicle.  That delayed my departure time and the schedule for the rest of my plans.  It was only 30 minutes, but I am not happy about it.  The staff was very nice and apologetic.  This is the second time I have rented from this location.  I will certainly rent from them again.  Overall, my complaint is minor league.  Thanks!

This is just an update to the review below.  I rented a Suburban from enterprise this past weekend again and it was as usual flawless service. The place is clean.  The staff are pros. They call to check in and make sure things are ok and the vehicles is great.  No whacky smells or strange stains.  Just a quality experience.  Read below for more.

I have rented cars, trucks and vans from Enterprise on S Dupont Hwy.  I just won't go anywhere else.  The rates are always been competitive but mostly, they DELIVER on the promises they make.  There are no hidden fees.  They are honest and professional.  The manager even follows up to make sure everything is ok once you rent the vehicle.  I can leave my own car on site while I'm renting one of their vehicles.  This particular company and location is my "go to" for renting any kind of vehicle.   I've tried other companies over the years and no one else delivers professional, fairly priced service consistently like Enterprise on S Dupont does.  I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed.  To the point now that I don't even waste my time looking elsewhere at this point because I know this company will deliver good service at a fair price with no hassle, no jacked up hidden fees.

When I arrived they were busy and they were all working so hard to help everyone. They all helped each other to get each person exactly what car they wanted and get them out and on their way quickly. I will be renting from this location in the future and I look forward to it.
