for the spring semester, i have been--will be--renting a car each week to get to class. my experience has been outstanding. pick ups are on time, the car is ready to go, and the backup is brilliant. definitely a service i will come back for. may even buy a car from them next semester.

The rep whom I worked with was very nice and friendly. However I hate to say it but you still have to remember to keep your guard up, DO read/pay attention to what you are accepting/declining on the contract and DON'T be afraid to ask for any clarifications. I had 2 items after the fact that I didn't realize occurred when signing my contract and I do accept responsibility for each. For my 7 day minivan rental that my family was using to travel up to Canada for a ski trip, because they only had a Dodge Caravan that was front wheel drive (wanted a 4WD SUV but their policy doesn't allow those types of vehicles outside the U.S.) I thought I'd be safe and elect the optional collision damage just in case - plus it was sold to me as if anything basically happened to the vehicle I could just essentially hand them back the keys and walk away. For ALL MA residents/policyholders, it states right on the contract that I did not notice at the time - "For Massachusetts residents: If you have an automobile policy on your personal vehicle with coverage for collision, your policy will cover collision damage to the rental vehicle. If you have comprehensive coverage on your vehicle, your policy will cover loss on the rental vehicle caused by fire, theft, or vandalism, less the deductible on your policy." Obviously this detail was NOT pointed out to me and I of course I understand why - it's additional revenue ($18.99/day). My fault for not reading/asking questions and thinking this would be mentioned automatically - but now I know! Lastly, again only after the fact did I realized that I had signed up for the optional roadside assistance protection (RAP) - ($3.99/Day). I did not realize I was intialing the acceptance of this when I was told to initial the circled areas on the contract. Again my fault for not paying attention. As I stated the rep was very friendly, I think this was the 3rd time I've rented a vehicle from this branch and have had a positive experience each time. I only felt the need to post this feedback to point out the Massachusetts personal automobile coverage and to remind all, pay attention to what you are accepting/declining...

My wife and i posted a hold on a vehicle 3 months ago for rental franklin was closed so we were promised from the Franklin store that we would be able to rent a car for a $31 dollars with a 100 dollar hold which we have been doing for a while my wife and I got to 176 E main st Milford ma and spoke with a women Shannon Prendergast that is affiliated with enter prise she then stated that we need $250 for a deposit so we debated back and forth what one company told us and the next company told us we couldn't couldn't do which was highly embarrassing because in front of customers she stated that one of my wife's cards were declined and could not be processed and it only could be ran once so instead of consoling my wife and making her feel part of the family of enterprise that we rent from all the time Jonathan Bryan which is Branch retail manager came to our help we explain our situation to him and stated what was going on he also had an air out for what was going on he was very professional and knowledgeable and what he was doing and instead of making my wife feel like she was a nobody heery ran the credit card for the second time for the deposit and it went through when the lady oh g I forgot her name at the desk did nothing besides give my wife and I are hard time stating what we can do and couldn't do instead of trying to help us and figure out a situation what we could do to rent a vehicle she was very arrogant and disrespectful and come to my attention I know it all but when Jonathan Bryant came to the situation he resolved that issue in the matter of 3 minutes I think that is outstanding work on Brian's part and we need more people like him in the business world to teach people the proper way how to do proper management and deal with customer service CSA big shout out to Brian Jonathan my wife and I would like to thank you and we will be speaking to corporate as well I hope you have a great day

I have been leasing various vehicles for several months now with this particular branch and it is always a positive experience. A recent change of staff but again everyone is so professional and courteous and helpful. I have a more local branch I can visit but my experience at this one keeps me going that 23miles as I anticipate a positive experience. Great job to everyone at this branch. :). Please continue the great work.

I have to say this Enterprise location has the most helpful and friendly Rental Agents.. They are always on the top of their game, even when occasionally short staffed due to excess demand...They always exceed even my highest of expectations. I know that sounds a bit cheesy but its true. There’s no need to go anywhere else when needing a vehicle, fair pricing and unmatchable service… I can"t say it more strongly in suggesting anyone needing a vehicle, visit this location and see for yourself.. A few of the names that stand out in my recent weekend rental 10/14/17 are Shannon, JP and the manager JB, whom are great to work with. I’ve never had a bad experience there as a long time customer. So when I received an Email request from main office to write a review. I decided to take the time to share with my experiences, in order to show my appreciation for all they’ve done for me over the years and to let others know that were directed to find this review that they can expect to be treated as valued customers from the moment they arrive and beyond….
