Great customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I rented a vehicle for a long family roadtrip and received a free upgrade when the vehicle I had chosen had a cracked windshield. The pickup/drop off process is easy and hassle free. They make sure you will be safe on the road!

We totalled our car & this was the first company to pick us up & take us to their office to rent the vehicle we needed. This is by far the best & only place we will ever rent from. The employees are very courteous & efficient and the vehicles are outstanding.

I've had it with Your company.  I'm a little guy; meaning I'm no Trump or anyone like that.  But the word will come around that your treatment of little people like me is not acceptable. I will take a wagon if I have to, but no more Enterprise Rentals for me.  You all take care and wish you good luck.  You'll be alright.

Not very happy, we reserved 3 vehicles months in advance, verified the day before and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the vehicles.
