Mechanics guess at everything and you'll have to be back at least 3 or 4 times for them to finally figure out what's wrong with your car. In the meantime, they'll make you spend the $$$. I thought a dealership was supposed to be better than your neighborhood mechanic, but they are about the same thing or worse. On the bright side, the car salesman here are a bit more respectful than the gas bags at Bert Ogden.

My first time purchasing a vehicle, they made it their mission to find me something that I wanted and worked with me for what I could pay for monthly.  Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!! I trust them!

Marco Flavio Padron treated me very bad after I told him I wanted to speak with the manager. The manager was present sitting down on his chair while Marco Padron was talking to me in a disrespectful way. The manager witnessed everything because his office has clear windows. In this dealership my dad bought a gmc sierra ^cash, and then my mom ^finance. And now im looking for a vehicle for my brother for college but from the way you guys treated me i will not buy from you guys anymore. You guys promised me to fix my mom's car. It was a simple task that you guys didn't do. Very rude from you. I called back to let the maneger know that you guys didn't fix my mom's car properly but have not received a call back.  And the sales person replied to me saying "you didn't check that the windshield was not original." Seriously, how do you expect for me to check every part of the vehicle if it is original or not. I didn't buy the car from a lot, i bought it from a dealership. Before i bought the car, i asked if every part was original and if the title was clean and you guys told me yes. It is not fair for you guys to not want to fix my vehicle because the part is not under waranty, but why is it under warranty in the dealership on 10th street in mcallen. and they can replace it but only if the windshield is original, And you  guys cant because it is not cover by the waranty. So dealerhip from 10 st. Told me to take the vehicle to you guys to fix it because the part is under warranty. So in one place is uner waranty and with you guys not. Seriously.

I purchased two vehicles on Saturday and felt rushed to make the sale since they were closing. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I have purchased vehicles in just about every dealership in the valley and this purchase by far is the worst experience ever. It was so bad I just wanted to run out of there. This was my first purchase at south Texas GMC and my last.
