I've been going to the White River Junction Enterprise for a few years now and their customer service has been top notch. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 star review is because of the car section. It would be nice to have a choice of a high end car to choose from once in a while.

Super service. I got very well upgraded and when I saw there was no usb plug in the car they gave me an adapter to load my phone. I truly recommend this agency.

Originally, the car given to me was not what one would call safe with balding tires. The interior of the car was mostly clean, but the seats were stained beyond what you would expect from this company.   When I returned the car, I spoke to the manager on duty (not the same manager who sent me away with the car) who, when I asked for him to take a tour of the car with me, was immediately embarrassed that the company had sent out such a car.  To his credit, he set to make things right--from the cost of the rental to what he would do for me the next time I rented.    I was admittedly surprised by the poor quality of the car.  Never had I had such an experience.  However, the manager on duty cared very much about his company and its service to its customers.  I will rent again from the company,  only because the manager on duty made such amends to my poor experience.  kudos to the company to have such a young manager who wants to do well by its customers.
