Enterprise in West Lebanon, New Hampshire was a fantastic experience and comes highly recommended if you are looking for a vehicle rental. Super customer service and smiles abound everywhere you look. A very pleasant location with extremely well trained and professional staff made this customer experience a highly satisfied one. I have a need for another rental next week and will schedule a car with this location without batting an eye; become an "Email Specials" subscriber and enjoy a free vehicle upgrade with your next rental- I certainly intend to!

Very sketchy.  My insurance company was going to cover most of my car rental.  I was told by an employee at this location that the most out of pocket I should expect would be $60.  After I returned the car, I was told the computers were acting funny and that they couldn't give me a final total owed and that they would just mail me my receipt.  They never mailed me a receipt and ended up charging me $267.96 over and above what my insurance company paid.  I called the location and they offered to cut the charge in half....seriously?  Two calls to ask to speak to the manager has got me no calls back.  Trying to work it out with customer service now.  Don't rent from this location!

I recently reserved a vehicle and called to arrange with Enterprise to pick me up.  They agreed to pick me up at 12:15 the next day.  They never said they needed me to confirm the next day.  I drive to the repair shop where I was having my car serviced and they never showed up.  When I called them they said "Oh yeah we left you a message"  They then said I had to confirm same day but they had never said this when the agreed to pick me up.  I was stuck without a ride because they screwed up.  Very poor management at this location.  They couldn't care less that they screwed a long term customer.  Don't rent from this Enterprise location!!!!
