Hello Sir or Madam. There is one small issue about this location, which I am not really sure if it can be resolved. And that is the drop box. Sometimes I am forced to drop the rental car one or two days before or after the day I was intended to deliver it. I would help me a lot financially if I could drop the keys somewhere secure, OR, have the company reserve a spare key to the car so I could leave my keys inside the glove compartment in the rental car. Other than this, I am very satisfied with the service of the company and the employees, especially, Ms. Nicole (I don't know her last name). She is always welcoming and cheerful. All of the employees are great. Whenever I need a ride to or from the location, they are more than happy to help me.

Not pet friendly, although it states they are several different places.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for several years. Although all of their south suburban offices extend quality service, I have a particular fondness of the professional customer service that the Hazel Crest office has extended to me. Their staff is truly trained to "please the customer." I needed a vehicle to travel out of town (as I will in the next couple of days) and my first choice wasn't available, however, an African American staff /customer service associate located a close likeness and sold me on it, and my 10 hour drive to Arkansas was most enjoyable!!! Their fleet of cars are very reliable and kept clean. I prefer them over any other car rental entity. Continue to keep up the good work Enterprise! Sincerely, Ms. Smith

Fellow citizens STAY AWAY from this enterprise in Hazel Crest. They are unethical and charges you more than necessary. I was hit by a driver and his insurance company recommended this enterprise and they pick me up from my home, wanted to charge me more. The other driver insurance covered the daily cost of driving but they wanted to me to pay them $6 more out of pocket until I told them I'd got with a normal size sedan. The employee went in the back to talk to his manager and they dropped the charges and gave me the vehicle of my choice and the manager stood up to see who I was knowing that I was no fool. They didn't ask for insurance, wanted to charge me daily for insurance without verifying (liability or full coverage) if my insurance will cover it. I have full coverage FYI. STAY AWAY. I used the enterprise in Matteson, IL and they are professional and handle business very well. I shall never return to the Hazel Crest enterprise. I was informed that they will be soon investigated for this. HA!
