Excellent service very accommodating I walked in no reservations or appointment took very great care of me. Followed up with me following day to make sure I was happy with my rental. Things like that is excellent customer service my new enterprise rental for now on

Overall I had a great experience. I reserved my car online and it was ready the next day when I arrived. The team at the Glenwood location was very friendly and courteous to me and other customer that were there at the time. I will definitely be back and recommend to others. I’m a happy customer.

They dont check the inside or they do and just dont care about the abs light on the car wont even go over 60 on the expressway they need to worry more about the check engine lights

I use this location to get vehicles for work projects for my company, but EVERY TIME I use this location, they have an issue with giving me a receipt because they never seem to be able to CLOSE THE RENTAL OUT. The last time it took a week to get a receipt with the CORRECT amount in it for my expense account.  The people are nice there, but after so many times of the same thing, I will no longer use them. And note, this Anomaly only happens at THIS location, close to my house. Sad. I only have 2 stars because they have finally got some newer vehicles in stock.

Usually when we are unsatisfied with something we are quick to report it. But I had the best customer service from Ashley G. She was very helpful and made sure my concerns or issues were settled and taken care of. When people excel in their jobs we should be just as quick to report it also. Thank you for your awesome service!!!!!
