I absolutely love the staff at this location. They are always kind and make sure that I get into a vehicle.  Make sure to make a reservation otherwise the wait will be very long.

I had a very good experience renting through Enterprise especially with their policy to pick you up. The entire process was very easy and trouble free. I will definitely rent with them in the future.

I work for the State of Illinois and travel frequently for my job. I like the Enterprise Car rental on Lincoln Hwy in Matteson for a few reasons. It is close to my house and that is a big plus because a lot of my colleagues don't have that luxury. I am usually in and out in less than 15 minutes when picking up my car and greeted in front of the store when dropping off; bottomline I appreciate that Enterprise does not keep me waiting. On the rare occasion there is a discrepancy they are quick to resolve the issue and provide a detailed explanation. They have a variety of cars so I get the compact when traveling for work but when I travel for personal reasons and I need a minivan or something larger than a compact car, they have those vehicles available too. The staff is professional and friendly. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Enterprise car rental on Lincoln Hwy in Matteson. I have bben renting from them for about 12.5 years, back when they were at Cicero and Lincoln Hwy and I will rent from them again.

I'm giving this location 3 stars because I have to say I truly didn't like how the associate who was helping me drilled me about where I was going, who I was taking with me, how many were going with me. I've never been so uncomfortable at this company in my life. I usually go to the location in Steger, il. But since this was a new one closer to me I decided to give it a try. I rented a 2018 Tahoe for my family vacation. But I swear this associate must have worked for the police before. Then he proceeded to get an attitude because I turned down there insurance. He asks well does your insurance cover rentals Me. Yes! As he continues to type and frown. My husband is getting pissed at this point, then he asks well how much is your deductible. I'm like ok WoW what is going on. Then I guess he realizes he's being an ass and says well your all set i will pull the truck around. The rudeness carries on outside while inspecting the truck. I can carry on with the rest of the details but this guy needs a reality check in customer service. I didn't have a problem with him asking the qustions. It was how and the emotions along with the rudeness behind them. Can't remember his name threw the card away, but he was an white male. I believe the only one at this location. Bearded and thin!😁

Horrible experience,  very disappointed, will never use them again. Nothing but a run around .  Had a reservation,  they failed to provide the correct info, had to leave to get additional information, told them we will be back, made it back just at 6:00 pm. The staff was still there but doors were locked, and they didn't answer, the man we delt with was rather rude.  So never got the car we reserved! Thank god we found another car rental that was happy to help us.
