Great customer service when you are signing paperwork and recieving your rental... terrible at everything else. First of all I got downsized from my SUV to a little foreign car (not a major deal but still) and then I return the vehicle in the same condition with a full tank of gas (like I'm supposed to) and I did not receive my $50 deposit back. I was told 3 business days roughly for the return and it's been over a month and I'm STILL getting random charges to my account. I've tried to call in and question what was going on but the phone line is always conveniently busy; not even a waiting line but a "hang up and try again later" type deal. I've been calling multiple times throughout the weeks for over a month now and have yet to get through to anyone. Definitely will not be doing further business with Enterprise!

Took my booking, confirmed reservation, then a few hours later called and said they have no cars,  they should shut down then. Don't take a reservation if no cars available, what moron can run a company like that?
 They should be penalized, often and costly. Save yourself the grief and book with Hertz. Also I give no stars but would not let me post otherwise.

We were having car problems and needed a car immediately their website said they were open and when we got there they closed early so we fortunately were able to get our car to another car rental place down the road don't waste your time here
