If I could give them zero stars, I would.   I made a reservation for a car several days in advance.  The website let me choose my location, date, and time.  The website said there was a car available.  I even received a confirmation for my reservation.  However, upon arrival I was told no car was available.  I thought there must be a mistake, so I produced my confirmation.  The guy told me that he could see my reservation online, but they didn't have a car and that when you make a reservation online, that doesn't necessarily guarantee availability.  What?  And, it wasn't like they didn't know I was coming.  There was a printed list on the counter and someone had written car names next to the names of the renters...there was nothing written beside my name.  So, how about get on the phone and find a car!?  He never even offered to try to find one and have me pick it up later in the afternoon.  He acted like he didn't really care.

I felt like it was a shady place as soon as I walked in.  It was just an empty room except one computer and two chairs.  The guy working there didn't have on a Hertz shirt...not even a name tag.  I've never seen a "business" look like that.  

I had to call someone to come pick me up and about the time they arrived, someone brought back a compact sized car.  The guy offered it to me, but it was very small and not what I reserved.  I wasn't going to have my two sons ride 14 hours with their knees crunched up in the back seat. (Yes, I had them to try it out.)

Anyway, I've never rented from them before...always the other place in town and now I know why.  I would never rent from them again.  I called the other place and made the reservation I should have made in the first place.

They always have nice decent car waiting for me. I am an over the road truck driver. I  rent a car every month when I come home.. Meghan, the manager is a sweetheart and very good at her job

Nice ride. The only thing missing was a USB port to charge my GPS.
