The car was clean and a great car. The staff were friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but I was disappointed in the key setup. Thankfully, I didn't lose the key, because there was a HUGE fee for a lost key ($250 per key, I believe). I was provided 2 keys that were bound together and couldn't be separated. Not sure how 2 keys bound together would be useful at all and if I'd lost one, I would have lost both. My assumption was that if I lost it, I would have had to pay for two lost keys (which my guess is that was the purpose in binding them together). Call me cynical, but why else would they do this other than trying to get a larger amount for lost keys?

Lack of care for customers well being.. I rented a RAV4 for 2 weeks...WORST car rental experience I have EVER had...
I called the day after with concerns about the back brakes... they were grinding and scraping
They told me that if I wanted to drove it ALL THE WAY BACK to Somerset they would exchange it.... I'm sorry... BUT they SHOULD HAVE brought a different car down to me... My husband looked at the brakes and determined it was "flash-rust" ..very common at the end of a cars brake of life....FLUSTERED over this whole ordeal... PLUS the car was NOT CLEAN.... and smelt funny... there was funky looking particles all over the floor, steering wheel and seats... NOT HAPPY... filing a complaint with the home office is next on my list....the exterior was a mess... it looked a 3 year cleaned it..

Vehicle had no gas in it when I picked it up.  They told me to bring it back empty.  So, I did.  Then I get an attitude from them when I drop it off.  The vehicle had ripped seats and very scratched up body.  They told me don't worry about we are aware of it.  When I dropped it off they tried to give me a hard time about it!! All employees should be on the same page!  Will not be going back any time soon.

The awesome people at Enterprise in Somerset, KY gave us exemplary service. They made changes to our itinerary as we needed, they were very friendly, and they even drove me home after I returned the car. I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if I were able. Thanks guys!
