I always go to this Enterprise across from the Patrick Street Bridge, is the best one to me they're always very friendly and I try to give you a better deal and not hold you up. Matt is very good about getting you into a nice affordable car he's very friendly and does his job well as well as the rest of the staff. They seem to really care about your best interest and saving you money the other Enterprise was not friendly at all and it cost way more for the same vehicle same amount of time I'm not sure what that means?! I highly recommend visiting this Enterprise when you need to rent a car

The staff is always friendly, but I think they could have been more fair about the price. I returned my 3-day rental (72 hours) within 50 hours, and got no credit whatsoever for returning it almost 24 hours early. I returned the car with a full tank of gas in the afternoon, after closing time. So they could have easily rented it first thing in the morning. Also, no credit was offered on prorating the 3-day insurance.

Enterprise at Smith Street continues to be one of my favorite companies to do business with. They are easy to talk to, negotiate with, and always ensures I have a nice ride when I leave there. They go above and beyond with customer service. So much in fact I chose to rent instead of buy a car for well over 6 months because they made it that easy and affordable. When you need to rent a car, choose them.

This company has it down. This location gave me the most accommodating  service I have ever had renting a car. I needed a rental for 4 days and they even let switch into another car after one day. Starting my rental and ending my rental couldn't have been easier, and the employees were very respectful and helpful. I will only use this store to rent a car from now on!
