My Agent Leo was great; he covered everything up to and including insurance options and contract terms. The young man Joseph was great in assisting me with checking the car out thoroughly to ensure that any car scrapes or scratches were covered. The drop off service was also quick and courteous. 
The customer service was hands down THE BEST rental car experience I've ever had. Great great great!!!.

So I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 because of Joey Haywood.  He's awesome.  Genuinely friendly and very accommodating.  Seriously, I will go to any Rent-A-Car place as long is he is there to help me out.

I went to Enterprise on A Friday, Vetran’s Day weekend, at noon.. The place was packed.. The staff at this location was just awesome .. Friendly, patient, and professional.. There was a customer in there from the airport location, that was promised a Challenger was to be shipped to the Corona location for a special bday ride for his son..but apparently that didn’t happen, and apparently was never communicated .. The staff that was helping him were great! Not only did they keep their composure and professionalism, but they also managed to keep the customer calm, and rectify his situation. All of this while still helping all the other customers in a timely and professional manner. Nikole (I believe that’s her name) helped me.. so friendly, apologizing for wait times, etc.. which I didn’t think wait times were too bad.. she even upgraded my ride to a Camaro .. she made the whole rental process pleasant.. Just wanted to say Thank You!   I’ve never been to a rental car company where the whole staff was just as efficient and friendly as the manager..

Small lot with small selection of vehicles. Very courteous staff though, very helpful. The AC in the office went out when I was there; one of the hottest days of the summer. Figures. But the staff are troopers.

Friendly staff but too pushy on insurance. If you have your own insurance you can only get liability they say it's a law to get more but they are lying.
