Worst service I have ever received from any Enterprise location. Had a reservation for Monday morning and they did not have what I requested; a 4 door sedan!!!
 Still trying to get the correct car and the mini Chevy sonic they gave me smells like cheap cologne. 😣 Please Help

Very uncomfortable car I would never buy one. The inside windows were nasty dirty.

Worst customer service ever.   I Reserved a car and had my Owen insurance to cover the rental.   Despite insurance coverage is optional , I was told that I MUST purchase an insurance or can't rent the car.   I was Within my right to refuse purchasing the coverage, but I was given an ultimatum to purchase the coverage or can't get the rental.  Has anyone experience a similar problem? Please share to help others avoid this place....

The worst place ever. I rent cars a lot and this place was first class liars. Lied about the car they had for me and robbed me for money. Will NEVER go there again straight crooks
