I had reserved a standard SUV with Enterprise for my vacation.  The employee showed me the type of vehicle I reserved and then suggested that for $10.00 more total, I could have a larger SUV (Ford Expedition).  Needless to say, I accepted.  The larger vehicle made it much easier to take all the stuff for our trip.  I rent a lot of vehicles for business and pleasure and Enterprise always goes the extra mile in customer satisfaction.

Once again i had a wonderful experience at the norco branch . The staff was outstanding and accomidateing and i will definately recommend this location  to others. Thanks again to Marie - (hope I didn't get her name wrong ) who called and offered me a pickup and who once I arrived at store got me signed and out the door with a satisfied smile in a snap. Another thank you to Mauricio for getting us into the car best suitable for our needs and again out the door in no time at all . I must say , they really take pride in their jobs and it was much appreciated😊......

As always, Enterprise comes through.  I had a last minute change of plans which meant i needed my car much earlier. Gave the office a call and they came through for me. The car was exactly what I needed and was clean abd ready to go (early). I never bother trying other places, this company always comes through no matter what office you use.

We booked the vehicle online after calling them and getting some questions answered. We got there early and they started our rental reservation right away anyway. That is when we gave them our debit card and they said they could not allow us to rent a SUV without a credit card. We already called them and they said it was ok as long as we gave them an extra $200 deposit. We were talking to the assistant mgr who stated she has been there 10 mos and they never rent out SUVs without a CC even with a deposit. They said they had no other cars available but since we were early, we could wait and see if someone shows up with a car we could rent. That is when we called Hertz and they said they would take care of us so we left.

Very good! Represented was friendly and efficient upon pick up of the vehicle. Very pleased with th service.
