Friendly staff, but customer service us a but lacking. I waited 10 minutes to be helped by 1 of 2 employees when no one else was there. They made it easy to do a walk in rental and accepted a debit card for a SUV where Enterprise will not. Overall, I recommend renting from these guys.

Worst!! Experience ever !! I thought Hertz would be the same at all locations but I was wrong!! Corona location is the worst! The customer service sucks! I am talking about the Hispanic employee!! I am Hispanic so no racism here at all!! 
I had a business trip and booked an hour before location store close and did it online and got confirmation, just to find a really bad attitude and negativity out of this Hispanic employee! And no options or solution and I travel next day first thing in the morning!! He just said I don't have cars at all!! 
I don't recommend this  location at all!!

I was turned off by my last experience with Hertz four years ago because they gave ny a van with mechanical problem. I got to Vegas and the brakes statrted shaking. They claimed there was nowhere I could take it and asked that I drive it back. I did and they made no attempt to compensate me for the rental. However, they had the nerve to send me a voucher...as if I would use them again.  This time was a very pleasant experience. Hopefully it will be better.

The Corona office was very accommodating & assisted on Which car would best fit our driving needs. We would definitely use them again.

I rent once a week for work. Every time you come here, there is always one person works and you have to wait more 30 minuets before they cal help you. There is always a manager in her office looking at the computer instead of coming out and helping.
