Service is good and could be faster for those on the run due to life's responsibilities. But my overall experience was good. Just make sure you keep letting them know you're waiting or you will get lost in the sauce. It's a small, busy Enterprise but they do take care of you and always have new cars on hand for rental. Next time I will call ahead. I strongly recommend that.

The office was fine but I had to keep changing cars because so many stunk of cigarette smoke. Plus, if I wanted a clean car I had to take it to the car wash myself.

My experience got off to rocky start but I later realized that it was because of a person that I was speaking to that must have been in a call center for Enterprise and not a staff member at this location.  My rocky start did a complete turn around as soon as I stepped in the door of this branch.  They put me in a car that I truly could not have been more pleased with, the price was fantastic for what it was, I ended up needing to extend my rental twice which was quick and easy and painless.  They quickly went over some of the unique features of the car with me which was great and really informative...not that I am technology challenged, but it was great that she even paired my phone with the car before I left.  When I returned the car I was running late & arrived almost 30 min after they closed, on a Friday & the door was still unlocked and  they greeted me with a smile when I stepped in.  They quickly checked my car in and got me a reciept and even offered to give me a ride home...again, 30 min AFTER their posted closing time on a Friday evening!  I couldn't believe it!  I refused and called a taxi because I just couldn't do that to them and she then insisted on deducting my cab fare from my bill.  So I highly recommend this local rent-a-car location, and I will definitely be back the next time I need a car, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Location is kind of annoying -- they have a teeny tiny lot plus location is on a traffic circle so it can be difficult to maneuver. The car I got was really dusty. However, that being said, the service I received was really really great. I would rent from them again because of the service.
