On the phone with Enterprise for 45 minutes, started out fine, that is until I called the local shop to confirm me pick up. Ended up speaking with 8 different  people on 8 separate calls or transfers. What a "Cluster !!!k".... 
Never got a car. Stranded. 
"Enterprise, We'll pick you up."
(If we feel like it)....
"Enterprise, we're family owned" 
(Dysfunctional family).
Not Good!!

Cordial and nice staff, quick and easy to rent the car.  The person who helped me was new on the job, he was  awkward at first, then he improved and over all the experience was satisfactory.

In the past I have had a rough time with enterprise. This time it was great! I delt with a man named Richard and he was so nice. He was so friendly and really made my experience wonderful. He gave me a beautiful jeep compass to drive for the 3 days I needed for my car to be fixed. I work an hour away from this location and although I know they close at 6 I made it there by 5:55 and held my keys for me because the shop next door where my car was getting fixed closed at 5. He was not even a little annoyed that it was closing time just about and I made it there right around closing time. Thank you richard for making my experience with enterprise wonderful!
