Great Customer Service!! I arrived in a panic at 7:20, office didn't open until 7:30, gentleman asked me right in while he got things started, he never made me feel like I was bothering him early even though I was feeling bad. GREAT customer service. I expected my car to be ready for the next day, it was 3 days later I returned the car. I called each morning and was able to extend my reservation with ease. Will surely use them again!!!

I always have a great experience at Enterprise at Prindle Lane Danbury....the people there are very professional, efficient, and friendly and always willing to assist. . . FIVE STARS !

The employees at this location were very nice. Had me in and out of their office without a problem. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because the car was not cleaned thoroughly.
