Bought my 2022 Nissan Rogue here. Great customer service from Andy who was my salesman and Scott the manager. They treated me like family and helped me get into the car I wanted. It was a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely love these guys!! Purchased my first SUV with them 5 years ago quick and easy, I got into an accident and totaled the vehicle and was back in the market. Shopped around a few dealers before going back to Bruce Bennett and their customer service and professionalism are unmatched. They have a great selection & genuine people that bend over backwards to satisfy the customer. Robert Denley, Danielle & Khadijah helped my family and I get into a vehicle that I didn’t even know I wanted and I could not be happier. From the sales, to the finance, to the support staff making sure my son and I were comfortable while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. I cannot say enough good things!! Rob and his team are the best of the best in Fairfield County. Make this your first and last stop!

I went in just looking. I walked out with a new car. The process was very smooth. Dionis sales consultant was very professional, patient and understanding. He took his time to listen to my needs/wants. He was not pushy. At the end, I felt like I got a fair deal. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back for my next car.

First I was not the owner of the car being serviced. I was the backyard mechanic who told a friend I could fix her car. She ordered all the parts and we got to one part I just could not remove to replace. Went to this dealer service station to ask for advice which they freely gave. Tried the suggestions but still no luck. We towed the car to the dealer at noon, gave them the parts we still had and by 5 the same day repaired. Very reasonable priced. Everyone in service was friendly. They earned my future business if I would ever need it. Thank you all at Bruce Bennett Nissan service.

Angel Hernandez was the salesman that helped me at Bruce Bennett . He was fantastic.  He was kind , honest, helpful and made the process easy , fast and stress free .  Before arriving at Bruce Bennett I had been to multiple car dealerships both used and new . Though every sales person was kind and we'll meaning I felt that there was a lot of pressure coming from them to purchase even when they knew the car they were showing me didn't quote meet what I was looking for or was out of my budget . I told Angel what I could afford, he respected that and made it happen .

Dionis at Bruce Bennett Nissan was wonderful! He was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and exhibited complete care and concern for me as the customer. It wasn’t just about selling me a car, he listened to my needs and concerns and worked with me so that my purchase was mutually beneficial. I don't normally write reviews, but my experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan was so nice that I had to express my gratitude towards them. The staff was first and foremost so welcoming. My salesman, Rion, was so friendly and so respectful throughout the whole process. He listened to my needs in what I was looking for in a car and worked very hard to find me exactly what I wanted. Along with general manager, Armin, they were able to give me a great deal on a car that met my expectations and was within my budget. I cannot express enough how grateful I am that I went there. I was very satisfied with their service and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Loved my experience, Highly recommended!! I went there on Saturday already decided of what I wanted. Things didn't went as planned but Dionis and his boss Armin really took care of me, they gave me different options always having in mind and considering the Features and accommodations I was looking for; these people really took their time with me to listen and acknowledge everything I desire, they went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy and with a new car. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Bruce Bennett Nissan. Rion took great care of us and made sure that we found the perfect car for our needs. He never rushed the process and even stayed after hours with us to      set us up with everything we needed. I highly recommend this dealership!

My salesman Rion was amazing.  I found out later it was literally his first day.   He did an amazing job with creating a relationship first and selling a car second.   I consider him a friend after the few days I was there.   He made sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions he didn’t know the answer to he quickly found one.  He’s a motivated, intelligent, and kind salesman that has a bright future ahead of him.  There was some things I was a little surprised about with my transaction. After seeing many adds online about the Nissan Frontier special promotion I was excited to jump on it.  But after making the deal I was shocked to hear the difference between Bennett’s prices and the promotion from Nissan. According to the promotion it would be $2300 int down and 2700 in taxes.  Resulting in a 219 monthly payment. I gave them $7000 to try and lower it even more but still ended up paying 284 a month. I was a little surprised and upset to find this all out after the deal had already been made. Other then that it was a good experience.
