These guys are great to work with and are super accommodating. I never have to wait, always get the cars I am looking for, and often get an upgrade if available. I always rent cars from here, and I rent fairly frequently. Best in the area.

Enterprise does not act clearly or honestly with customers. A couple of weeks ago, and due to an accident I requested to rent a vehicle in this company, they gave me the reservation number to pick up the vehicle; two days later, one day before call to confirm; they did not find the reservation, I had to Talk to a supervisor to confirm the reservation. The day I went to pick up the vehicle, the branch supervisor, (48 Van Zant Ave, Norwalk, CT) told me that he did not have a vehicle for the $ 30 that the insurance pays, but that if I paid a little more from my pocket He could give me another.
I spoke loudly and told him that the reservation had been confirmed twice and that I would not pay more for the vehicle than what was assigned by my insurance.
Finally show they had the vehicle and they were just trying to pressure me to pay more for the rent.
They gave me a huge pickup, extremely dirty and with only a quarter of a tank of gasoline.
This is not a professional way to act and next time I will consider another company to rent a vehicle

Have been renting for several years and now doing so at the Van Zant location .I find David to be a very easy and hands on individual who goes beyond the norm to be helpful.
