Full-body workout that has really improved my overall fitness level.  Classes are high-paced, but each movement has three skill levels, which means everyone can participate at Epic - even YOU!  The other members are very friendly and supportive.

This is the best workout I've ever done.  My fitness improved significantly over just a few weeks at Epic.  The classes are fast-paced but scaled for all skill levels.  The coaches and other members are all friendly and supportive.  Go here.
