Good workouts for those looking for a challenge.  This place is pricey at $169.00 a month.  You have to purchase a heart monitor which is $100.00 (additional)
Music is not the best to work out to.  If your late they don’t let you into class and they charge u a fee!!!
Classes are very limited.

I've struggled to find a workout that I don't dread but I think I've finally found it. Workouts at Orangetheory have the quality of a personal trainer without the price. Yes, it's still more expensive than my gym membership but it's totally worth it. In a one hour workout, I typically burn 600 calories and I keep burning for 10-12 hours after the workout (and I'm usually on the lower end of the class). The group setting pushes me, but I don't feel like I'm competing with anyone, or trying to keep up. I've tried to recreate some of the workouts on my own time when I'm not in class and it just can't compare. Looking forward to a workout is not something I've ever experienced, so bravo Orangetheory! Not to mention the app is easy to use and the staff is welcoming, nonjudgmental and friendly. They also offer a free intro class so go check it out!

Great gym! They're new, and still working out some of the kinks--trainers need to get a bit more on the same page in their approach, but they are highly involved with their members and invested in their success. They take excellent care of the gym, and the equipment is well maintained and clean. Jill was a great trainer, and the staff all takes the time to get to know each person individually. I got regularly to a gym in Dallas, but it's great to have one I can visit when I'm visiting family in RI!
