This gym was super friendly and so welcoming . My friend and I came from Florida and are members and the GM Robert helped us feel super comfortable in a new gym and was so welcoming . We originally went to the LA FITNESS IN Pawtucket and we told the manager Regent our situation , that we are members but only in Florida and we just wanted a one day pass , and he said in exact words “ the more days you’re here, the more money you can throw at us”!! We were appalled and left immediately. How can you talk to members like that???! We will never go back there again. If you’re looking for a friendly staff and a great environment to work out in , definitely come to this location ! Super friendly environment and GREAT staff 👏🏼

I've been a member of LA Fitness for a while - thank goodness I have a multiclub pass and can workout at other branches.  This branch is, by far, the worst.  The Ladies' locker room is always filthy!  The floors look like they haven't been cleaned since they opened, countertops have dried up lotion on them and the water in the bathroom area is always ice cold.  Not to mention, the last few times I was there the person at the front desk smelled of weed.  It would seem to me that if you're promoting good health and working out you'd smoke the weed on your own time, at home, not on your breaks.  Other area branches are much cleaner with classier staffing.  Try them out.

Friendliest gym in Rhode Island, hands down! My friend and I came from out of town and were looking for a place to workout at. We went to the LA fitness in Pawtucket first and the staff was so rude!!! Regent, the operations manager at that location, told my friend i these exact words, “the more days you come to the gym, the more money you can throw to me” being super rude to us, we didn’t like that comment and left immediately and came to this location in Cranston and got treated like family!! Definitely go see Rob (the General Manager) he will take care of You and make sure you get the best experience.

Nice place to work out I don’t mind it being busy...but I walk in the girl at the desk just stares at me when I walk in...lol! Like no greeting or anything it’s kinda weird...pretty much all of them are like that...but no complaints about the place...
