Evil lady at front desk was super not helpful trying to get me in touch with the appropriate person for a rental emergency! Worst customer service ever!

Beware or their lease. Some shady things....landlord's lien, indemnification of the company and the landlord, waive right to jury trial, waive right to participate in a class action suit, just to name a few. Military members, its worth having legal review it before signing. If you don't receive free legal advice, make sure you read and fully understand the lease.

Worst company I have EVER rented! How are you doing to charge a tenant $80 for a mailbox they didn't destroy then try to turn around and charge $400? Ha!! They are so ignorant thinking I'm gonna pay that! On top of it, they take forever on fixing anything Josh is very disrespectful, Katie is not a good property manager she just lets the house fall apart! Then tries to have random people inspect my home without my legal permission!
Never would I suggest anyone to rent through this company!!!!!!!!

Worst company I've ever rented from, crestview fl.
Josh is rude and unhelpful, we've lived here for 6 months now and when we first moved we had notified them of the issues with the house being assured they would be out there asap and still nothing. I'd be weary and will never recommend them to any other military families.
