Tiffany Spence of Spence Properties (formerly Three D) is the WORST person to rent a property from. The tenants before me were given a seven day eviction and I just assumed they were bad tenants when I agreed to move in. It soon became clear that Tiffany is MISERABLE to deal with. She is commonly nonresponsive about everything. I completed a number of maintenance issues out of my own pocket due to her nonresponse. She is a bully; it was clear she was not used to having tenants that knew their rights. I would be hard-pressed to find a more miserable person in the world. I'm am very relieved to no longer be a tenant and my heart goes out to her current clients.
