This is an unprofessional business.  I applied for a house and after two days, they told me that the house is not longer available.   Thet decided to gave that house to someone else because they were moving a little bit early.   I applied first for the house and even I told them my moving date and they agreed with that in the beginning.  They wasted my time.  I am in the military and I am continuing happily fighting for this country but not for business like this one that take advantage from regular people.   STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE.  MY BIGGEST ADVICE

My husband and I are looking to move soon due to our current home owners would like to put it on the market. We began our search on Zillow and found a lovely 3bd 2bth home on Ego. I called Donna Duran to take a look at it and she was rude from the start. She asked when I could meet and I said I was free all day. Her next comment was she didn't even know what time it was. But I still wanted to see the house so we met at 11. She was a couple minutes late but that was okay. What was not okay was her demeanor. She was rude, negative, and unprofessional. She didn't have any applications with her. She made comments that she didn't like the lay out of the home. And did nothing to show me the home. When I asked her how much the security deposit was she asked me what the rent was. It was an awful experience but I loved the little home. My husband is in the Air Force and I work in the medical industry so we are not hurting for money at all. But coming up with $2,500 in two weeks is a little difficult for just about anyone. So we asked if we could pay the security deposit in two payments which she complained about. Then I asked if we pay the security deposit and pet fee and replace the very dated (from the 90s) appliances with brand new stainless steel as a first months rent and she didn't even ask the owners listen to what I was saying or anything she said no and just about hung up on me. She had a 1 star rating on zillow from a year ago with almost the exact same issues I dealt with her and she had a negative rating here from 4 years ago, she obviously hasn't changed much in 4 years. Tip Donna, if you don't like your job, find a new one!

We highly recommend agent Mike Wilson.  We were first time home-buyers and he made the process from start to closing run very smoothly for us, for he went over and beyond what he had to do to make things work in our favor.  He's truly a gentlemen and professional.

Geraldine is a great realtor.  She was professional and patient with me. She found the perfect house for my family. Donna the other realtor was rude. I was upset and could not believe some of the comments she made. Unfortunately I will rent somewhere else after my lease is up.
