I live in a unit where they rent to a person. This person verbally attacks other residents, makes hand gestures and has even had the police called to their unit at 122 Lake St numerous times. Their unit is an eyesore, they have broken the screen door and the blinds and constantly have junk in their yard. When I called to complain to Kaitlyn(?) about it she basically told me there was nothing that could be done. I guess if you want to live in a unit where the property management lets you do whatever you want this is the place to rent from. Personally I would never rent from them or believe what their employees say. SMH

I want to leave a review to help straighten up some of the bad reviews. First off, the extra fees. Yes, they do charge you extra fees for cleaning and etc BUT ITS IN YOUR CONTRACT AS SUCH. It clearly states in your contract that they will take $xxx amount (I'm sure it differentiates depending on the house) for cleaning, carpet cleaning, lock changes, etc. Read your initial contract before signing it, and then you would know that. Second off, we have had our A/C go out in our house on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. We did not put a maintenance order in until that Tuesday morning, because we figured it being a holiday weekend there was no reason to and nothing would get done. When we did, our property manager called me after receiving the maintenance order saying even though it was a holiday weekend I could've (and should've) put my maintenance call in when it happened and they would've sent someone out so we weren't without A/C all weekend. Just that conversation made me feel like they genuinely cared, and they had someone out there later that day. Third, we sign yearly contracts and have yearly walk-thru inspections before it's time to re-up. Last year we had just signed a contract (3 months earlier) but found a house we wanted to buy. They were more than helpful and understanding at letting us know what we would need to do to try to get another person in the rental and our contract cancelled. I felt like everything they said was very reasonable. Lastly, I can't give them the full 5 stars because moving into our property was a disaster. It did take (I wanna say) about 2 weeks to get keys, which was a week AFTER it said on their website the property would be available to move in. They apparently had a hard time getting the inspector out there to do their pre-move in inspection, so we ended up having to extend our hotel room by 4 days. Plus I was upset after reading the contract about not getting about half our deposit back when we move out because of all the etc fees outlined in the contract. I'm over that part now because then I don't have to spend time "cleaning the house top to bottom" when I leave because now I'm paying for someone else to do it. Just pack up and leave. So I would deal with them again if I were to rent again. Since moving in we haven't had any issues with them or the house.

ZERO STARS! Don't submit an application here! They take the fee and never approve or disapprove you. They lied and never actually did a background check, or checked my rental history. I'm 100% sure of this because my current apartment complex will not release my renter history with them without confirming it with me first. I paid to be given the run around by their employees for a week. They never call back when they say they will, in fact they don't call back at all. And forget email. I ended up finding something better without the lies and unethical behavior, I suggest you do the same.

WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER. We moved into the house and it was dirty. We spent days cleaning it when we moved in. The house we moved into was old, 101 Mill Stone Cove Crestview FL, whenever we needed repairs (A.C. broke, holes in the roof, lights not working) it took them days to even return calls. My nine month old and I went without a.c. in the middle of summer for 2 days before someone was sent out. We finally moved out and before we moved we cleaned from top to bottom for at least 2 days straight. They charged us 800 out of our deposit. 400 of it made sense...they charged us an extra 400 so that the owners could get it to selling standards. WE RENTED IT WE DON'T NEED TO PAY FOR THEM TO SELL IT. We addressed this and they literally avoid our call. They refuse to email us back. When we went to the office to report problems they would all continue on with their conversation and not pay us any attention. WORST RENTAL COMPANY EVER.
