I had the pleasure to work with Miss Karen Grimmer and Miss Paula Sherman earlier this year when I was buying my townhouse. They were both on top of things and made the process of buying very easy. They had great knowledge of the buying and selling process and ways to prevent you from losing money when getting locked into contracts. I would work with them again.

Met with the Property Manager Tracy Lee Wood and she was extremely considerate and caring.  All the staff have been have been diligent and helpful.  I would highly recommend this business for your Property Management and rental needs!!!

Nikki Seagraves is beyond wonderful! She made the home buying experience great and even fun! She has the best personality and on top of that, she is a fantastic agent! She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process and went above and beyond in everything she did. She was extremely patient with us, and very flexible to our schedules. Anytime I had a question, she would respond very quickly, if not immediately. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to use Nikki, she is the bomb :)

HORRIBLE PLACE! they jack up your rent yet can't afford to "fix the parking area." We get a rain storm and it's impossible to get to your car without standing in 4+ inches of water! Then after the rain it takes days to dry up. Try this with small children amd unloading groceries! Say good bye to your good pair of shoes! I have to go barefoot till I get to where I'm going to put shoes on. Ridiculous. Oh but lord forbid you park in the back since you "mess up the grass". Whoever comes and mowes this place DOESN'T KNOW what they are doing. It's sad honestly. Driving in here to park is absolutely horrible. Stay away! But they are quick to fine you for parking a third car for the weekend!

I have called and called about my refrigerator and FINALLY 4 YEARS LATER, I get one. Wow thanks a bunch folks. Now can you fix these doors and windows? I'm tired of paying an electric bill to provide air conditioning to the outside.

Melissa Allegretto was fantastic to work with when we purchased our home. Our very first phone conversation, we just weren't really sure about the process because it has been almost 30 years since we last shopped for a home.  And we weren't really certain about what we wanted or where we wanted to live.  She was very patient with us as we explored the communities around our work.  She had recommendations for lenders so we could get initial approval for a loan so we could better ballpark the dollars we would be able to spend.  Once we knew the area, she kept an eye on the marketplace so we wouldn't miss the good opportunities. And for our home tours, she was very organized and provided a comprehensive paper look at the home before we even walked through the doors.  Her experience and expertise of seeing homes beyond their awe value was very, very helpful. And she moved quickly and advocated for our offer when a we were ready to buy. We would HIGHLY recommend Melissa to be your agent.
