I have been with Raine White for a number of years now. They helped me out so much when I was first looking for a place I could afford then again to when I was ready to move again. They have always been great and I appreciate everything they do for me. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to come here. They listen to your needs and desires and give you several options to choose from. If I move again, I will continue to stay with them.

Pay close attention to what you sign.  Lost a $900 security to them due to an unforseen job loss.  Good Faith deposit had a maximum of 48 hours grace period.  Due to a lost job (let go, not fired), 4 days later we had to back out.  Legally?  Not obligated to return the money, but a reasonable and ethical business would have issued at least a partial refund, perhaps a prorated amount for the days .  $900 is an entire month, not 4 days.  If they treat a potential customer this way, I consider the $900 well spent to avoid them.

Rainewhite Realty is one of the best Real Estate Companies in town. There service with rentals and sales has always been honest and upfront. We have rented short term from Mr. Mike Harris and everything was as he said. Melissa wrote such discouraging words about Mr. Harris I felt it was necessary to show the other side. We do not know all the facts from Melissa but our experience was OK.

I have been well pleased with Rainewhite Realty, and in particular with Nick Bobby.  I had a situation a couple of months ago at the condo I was renting, where the electricity was going off repeatedly at the breaker box.  I left a hysterical message at around 5:00 AM that morning, and within just a few hours an electrician arrived, and my power was restored.
