It was an absolute pleasure knowing and working with Marsha Babe during the renovation and sale of our property in Niceville, Fla.   Throughout  the process, Marsha provided advice in improving the rental property to enhance its  market value, ideas on how to bring the rental property up to market standards, and recommending local business people to complete the work.    Most importantly, the house was sold to the complete satisfaction of both the buyer and seller.  Thank you Marsha.

It was a great experience working with our realtor, Debbie Lewis.  We relocated to another state while our house was on the market.  I was apprehensive about selling our house "long distance", but Debbie made it easy, kept in contact with us, and always responded to phone calls and texts.  Debbie was recommended to me by a coworker, and I would highly recommend her to other buyers or sellers!

I was very pleased with how my realtor, Sheila Barbee, handled my situation.  She kept me very informed and worked with me daily to fill my home buying needs.  I will definitely be using her again in my future endeavors.  Now, I not only have a realtor but a friend, as well.  I couldn't ask for anything better.  Thanks Sheila.

Thanks to Debbie Lewis we did not have to lose our house to foreclosure or short sale and got the best deal through a lot of difficult circumstances.  One phrase describes her:  Best agent ever!!!
