I was pleasantly surprised by both the professionalism and the responsiveness of Mr. Brooks. He was diligent and caring throughout the process. He took the time to make sure I found the right place to start a new home, and he assigned Jackie to help me, (she was also fantastic to work with) who understood my circumstances and ensured I was taken care of. The transition was so smooth and I am very happy with my home. I highly recommend Rob Brooks Realty if you are looking for a home.

We used Rob Brooks Realty recently to sell my aging parents home in St Walton Beach, FL.  Rob and his staff were very professional, easy to work with, on point with the pricing and indispensable in helping us through the closing process.  I was unable to be in Ft Walton during the closing process, but Rob & Jackie took up the slack to ensure a smooth transaction.  5 Stars to Rob Brooks Realty.  We'll be using them again...

Received excellent service from the entire Rob Brooks Realty team from start to finish of the home buying process. It's great to be able to work with a realtor who lives up to their stated values and is helpful throughout the entire process.  Would highly recommend for anyone in the northwest Florida area and I would gladly work with Rob Brooks Realty again.

I recently purchased my first home using Rob Brooks Realty and the experience could not have gone better. Rob is a friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy guy who gave me great advise while I was looking and choosing my house. Jackie, his closing specialist, stayed in constant contact and explained the process keeping this nervous home buyer in check. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Thanks Rob and Jackie!

Rob and his associate Jackie really made our home buying experience a true joy! Communication is key and Jackie is the keeper of the key !!! One of a kind ! I would choose  this company again if I'm ever in the market for another real estate purchase  & I highly recommend anyone interested in homebuying give Rob Brooks Realty a call .
