Erie came in and did my windows and siding and insulation. It made a massive difference to have the windows and insulation put in. Our electric bill went down already just because of the blower from the furnace not running as much because it doesn't need to be done. It definitely looks a lot better. They even wrapped my unfinished porch and that looks incredibly better than what it did. I am very happy with Erie and would recommend them to anyone.

We got a price for new windows to the tune of 10,400.00. Mind you 7 windows. I was shocked at the price. Got a second estimate from a local window co. Better windows and price. 4,500.00. So glad we shopped around. Would have been ripped off by the Erie construction co for 6,000.00. I will say the young man who came to our house was very pleasant and professional. Hope this is helpful

Erie Construction came out and gave me a quote on a new roof. They had an advertisement on tv that installation would only be  $89 and we'd get a $25 gift card for getting a quote from them. My house is a 2000 sq ft ranch with an attached garage.  I got a quote for both metal roofing and asphalt roofing.  They took 2.5 hours to finish the presentation, and after quoting me $77,937 for a new metal roof, and $46,185 for a new asphalt roof, pressured me to sign. They lowered the asphalt price down if I would give them 20% down and they would throw in another $2104 off for my husband being a veteran - making it "only" $37,809.  And if I would give them another half hour of time they could offer me a really special price for signing that day and giving them the deposit right then.  I said we never signed on the same day for anything this expensive and that we had two other roofers giving us quotes also, so I would have to wait for those quotes to come in.  At that point they packed up all their stuff and said the savings for the 20% deposit and the additional savings for the vet discount were no longer valid - those were only if you signed the day they came out.  When I asked for the gift card, they responded that was only for customers who signed a contract.  We will be getting a roof installed within the next couple of months, but not with Erie.  I hate high pressure salesmen, and $46,185 for an asphalt roof is ~$30,000 more than the quote from next roofer that came out - one with a 4.8 star rating.  Seriously - how stupid do they think people are????

Everyone from Erie Construction was very helpful! They worked with us to figure out what product was best for us, our attic is our only storage space. They came when they said they would, cleaned up everything and have called to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

The sales guys were good. They worked the numbers until we agreed upon a price that fit our budget. The installation was a breeze. The guys came at 8 am and were done and gone by 2 pm. They removed our old tub, put the new one in, walls and everything. The tub is smaller than our old one (if you are taller than 3ft you can't have your legs straight) and that would have been something we wanted to know before installation but it gets the job done.
