They were responsive and quick giving the quote.  Their quote price for corning was 5K higher than another comparable company with same product.  A neighbor mentioned their prices were higher but did good work

Company did not close gable vents as stated in contract and sections of the gutters on back of house now leak after roof was done

We can't say enough great things about Palmer Construction. They put new vinyl siding on our house as well as installed a few new windows. Our salesperson was not "high pressure" (which turns me off right away). A detailed quote was provided and all of our questions were answered. Dan (whom we worked with) communicated well about the details of the job and he let us know when we could expect the workers. (If you haven't went through any house construction before, this is VERY important as this is not always the experience and you are left up in the air as to what is going on.)

The workers who did the job were were fantastic as well. They kept the job site cleaned up every day. They answered questions and readily addressed any concerns we had about some "tricky" areas that they had to deal with. Their work was definitely superior as was their work ethic (they worked hard).

We would call Palmer in a heartbeat for other jobs that we need to have done.

Palmer Construction did a wonderful job on our roof, kitchen, main bath and master bath renovations.  They (including every employee and subcontractor)  were very professional and executed the work perfectly.  

They referred us to Williams Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets.  They too were excellent to work with.  They provided us with a design and quality cabinets that work perfectly.

I highly recommend them to anyone wanting work done inside or outside their home.
