Contacted this location via their website in regards to a quote and question, a very simple one also - it's now 4.5 hours later with no response. I liked this location because it's 2 minutes away from my residence, but I think I will go to the next local branch. This definitely wasn't a good first impression for this location or Erie as a whole. Review edit: It's 11:34 AM the following day and since no one reached out to me, I had to contact them and the question was answered in less than a minute. I'd avoid this place if possible.

A friend recommended Zacharias Insurance Company to me. He explained how he saved hundreds of dollars by switching to Erie Insurance on his homeowners as well as automobiles. I called and Rachel provided exemplary and efficient customer service. The process was easy and smooth. Additionally, I saved hundreds of dollars by switching over my auto and homeowners policies. I would highly recommend making the switch! This entire experience was a blessing to me. Thanks Zacharias Insurance Company!!!

I wish I would of listen to my sisters a year ago, when they wanted me to call Rachael at Eerie. I can't believe how much I am saving by switching my auto and homeowners insurance. Rachael is great and made this switch so easy.

I wouldn't recommend doing business with Mr. Zacharias; he has no sense of decency. There are plenty of hardworking and ethical insurance agents who treat people, women in particular, with respect, so shop around, there's no need to get insurance through him.
