I went in last week for the first time. It had been a long time since I bought a bike and I was not sure exactly what I wanted. I was asked if I needed help with anything as soon as I walked in. I explained what types of riding I'd be doing and was shown multiple options. Cliff (I think that was his name?) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what they had in store and what would be best for me. I was able to test ride the bike in the parking lot which was nice too. I would definitely recommend Erik's to anyone in the market for a bike or gear.

I came into Erik's looking for either a new bike, or some pedals for a loaner bike for a triathlon.  I wasn't sure if my loaner bike was sized ok for me, so I needed to clarify before proceeding.

What I got when I came in was the NICEST young man who answered all my questions, solved all my bike issues, and sent me on my way with exactly what I needed!

I was greeted with this young man rushing to the front of the store to ask what I needed.  He was very young, and I'll admit I was skeptical about his knowledge, BUT he was very humble and proved that he could confidently help me. While he could have easily sold me a new bike, instead, he made what I came in with work for the time being.  He got me fixed up and out the door and 100% satisfied!

When I do finally buy a new bike, I know exactly where I'm going.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The guys at Eric's are awesome! These guys have been honest and trustworthy on no shortage of occasions. It's a BUSY shop and they work hard to take care of their customers. Rather than trying to upsell me parts and services I don't need, they inform me of all the options and even instruct on how I can do a lot of it myself. These guys embody what a local bike shop SHOULD be. Erik's is absolutely where you want to go. I won't take my bikes anywhere else.

Like a lot of customers I was a little worried about the transition from Bike Source to Erik's but I have seen no drop off in the level of customer service.  They continue to keep an excellent inventory of parts for both my road bike and my mountain bike.  In addition they have added pro scooters and skate boards to their in stock line up so it's one stop shopping for me and the kids.  Also looking forward to getting in on some of their new weekly shop rides.

Simply put - a great shop.  Awesome service department and very knowledgeable sales/customer service staff.  Bill Hicks has forgotten more about bikes than I'll ever know.  Highly recommended!
