My husband and I had a good experience. The saleswoman, I think her name was Cherie, taught us a lot of useful information about the bike I bought and how to maintain it. Looking back she didn’t show us a lot of options but I love the bike I got and it was a great price so I’m not complaining. 

The store is a little disorganized and one of the salesman almost ran into my husband when test-riding a bike, but other than that I have no complaints.

I really like this bike shop!!!  All the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about bikes and their accessories.  They have lots of inventory and a great bargain basement.  If you are in need of a new bike you should really come check them out.

I have purchased 2 Road bikes from Nick and his team over the last 7 years, they have been terrific to work with and continue to perform great service on my bike.
I'd also like to thank them for allowing our group space for Power Hour in the winter months.

Stopped by Bike America today with a couple of minor bike issues.  The technician chatted with us about vintage bikes while he quickly fixed and adjusted mine.  When I asked what I owed, he told me to just let people know I had a great experience.  While it only took a few minutes to fix my bike,  I fully expected to be charged for the service.  What a treat and pleasure to have such a friendly business in my neighborhood.
