Love the staff! The Greenfield location totally rocks! Picked up a Specialized Fuse Fat 6 from them and loving it! They have everything I needed and then some. If you're looking for a bike that's not a Trek, you have to go here. Knowledgeable staff, good selection, some killer deals and they allow test rides! I'll be back for a road bike soon.

Just picked up my old Takara from some much needed TLC. Excellent service! Every department was super friendly, no one was pushy, and I left wishing every store was like this! Go here! They will always be my bike go to!

Went to Wheel and Sprocket, the service was adequate had bikes picked for wife and I. Then a voice just told me to check 1 more store so we went to Erik's the Service was great eager to help but not pushy at all. We ended up buying 2 Pitch bikes instead of 2 Marlin 5s due to the service we received.  Shortly after my purchase my rear cassette was having issues I tried to fix it myself then gave up took it in and was pleasantly surprised again at the service they replaced the part after trying to fix it for 10-15 mins.
 I don't know if it was just faulty or just bad luck (tried the bike out in another color never tried the 1 I bought) . But there was no hassle, I came in they saw the issue was fixed in and out 25 mins it was great thanks.

Really cool guys in their help me. I am a  beginner long border and had a couple questions they gave me all the right answers and made me feel not stupid for asking him. Very good service 10 out of 10 recommendation
