Took my tri-bike in for help with a nagging brake problem a few days before a race.  Not only did Nick diagnose it quickly, he adjusted it, tweaked a couple unrelated shifter settings, and sent me home with a hand-built tool so I can do it myself next time.  This is the service level that keeps me coming back.
