Erik's has a great team! They are so helpful, outgoing, fun, and knowledgeable. Even though they didn't have the bike I was looking for, would still definitely recommend and shop there again!

Things happen; it’s what’s done to correct the problem that matters. I bought a new expensive bike off the floor and had it shipped to my home. When UPS delivered it, the fork legs were out of the bottom of the box and some of the paint was gone! Additionally there was a worn spot on the top of the left side of the fork, about a centimeter in diameter. The dropper post was squishy, probably caused by keeping the seat in the down position for an extended period. I also noticed the left side of the rear triangle has numerous dings, scratches and a chunk out of the carbon. The chunk out of the carbon would have always have had me checking it for failure. Obviously someone had test ridden the bike at Erik’s and crashed it! Because the damage was down low and the bike is matte black (raw carbon), only close examination would show the damage. If the bike were painted red instead, the damage would have stood out. Well, Erik’s was quick to correct this. First the dropper post was serviced and is now as good as new. Secondly, Erik’s replaced the rear triangle. The few paint spots missing on the fork are not an issue. If you’re looking for a bike shop that provides fast, top notch service, look no further.

Jerry and Ben, Ben and Jerry (in no particular order) are the reason i will come back to this shop. Superior customer service from these two with top notch product and systems knowledge

Worst bicycle shopping experience of my life. Took a bike in during a cross country trip for a check up. I was never called when the bike was done and I got it back in worse condition. Screws missing, pieces loose and falling off and when I took the bike in to complain found out that it was going to be $223 to replace the parts and still had to wait til the next day. Lost 3 days and a few hundred dollars thanks to Eric's service. I'll never go back! Picked up my bike today. I will say today's experience was much improved. Still disappointed the issues were not resolved when I took the bike in the first time. The team at the St Louis Park location seemed more understanding this time and gave me a reasonable service. Because of this follow up experience I have increased my review from 1 star to 3. My initial experience may be limited to the specific location or individual. In the future I would be willing to give Eric's another chance though I would avoid the Maple Grove location.

Chad spent almost two hours with us while I tested out a couple (er, 4 maybe 5) different bikes. I found one that was perfect and I am so excited!! He was patient with me, very professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend this location - we live in southern Minnesota and it was definitely worth the drive!
