Jordan (one of the managers) was awesome. Greeted me as soon as I walked in and was extremely friendly.  I was told by AT&T's customer service that I needed a new SIM card. Jordan did EVERYTHING he could to resolve my issue in store to save me the $5 SIM charge. Told him it was no big deal, but he wanted to help. 
Before I left, he tested all features on my phone to ensure it was working properly and asked if I had any other questions pertaining to the phone. Oh yeah, and said not to worry about the $5, since I had already be to another AT&T shop the week prior (they cut my old 4s SIM card down to fit in the 7, but the tech is too old in that SIM). Thanks for the great service Jordan!!!

In my experience, this is where to find the best & most knowledgeable service in the Twin Cities metro!  This is the place to go if you need to do anything beyond just buying the phone you already decided on.  I recently visited 5 different local stores while replacing a couple of our phones.  These and prior visits brought me to nearly all the local AT&T stores (there are actually 19).  None of the stores I have been to compare to this one.  The manager is exceptional, and the lead service tech is involved in training for other regional stores.  His knowledge about products and the emerging technologies coming to market is impressive.  When I told the lead tech that my experience with knowledge & service at other stores was inconsistent, he replied that he knows and he's personally working on that.  I couldn't imagine a better answer.

I came in at 1:30 in the afternoon just to browse and there was only one employee working and three people in line. He was doing well with the people he was helping, but one person is barely enough to accomodate one customer. There were also very few floor models to look at and none of them were active to actually look through features and there was no information around besides price.

Had a serious issue with a phone number lost involving a Verizon customer needing to swap a number I had tied to a lot of business , needed third party and Verizon to coordinate with me and ATT so ATT could port it over to my plan. The gal working stayed an hour and half past close and got it figured out so I didn't lose the number for ever.  Really happy about that. Thanks Shesesha.  Sorry I probably misspelled your name.  Good job
