I am rating this company a one on customer service only. I can understand the waiting list might be long due to the damage huricane Harvey created. However, a company with good customer service would call and periodically update those on the waiting list, a least if not anything, let the potential customer know when they will be by to give an estimate. We called every 2 weeks ourselves to get an update and were told yes "your still on the list for an estimate. " After another month and no communication from this company, we finally moved on.

Recently replaced entire roof of town home and was complete a day before Hurricane Harvey and my roof did not leak one drop. The salesman I worked with John was professional, knowledgeable, and put in after hours work to ensure my needs were seen to. Have used them in the past prior to total replacement and jobs they did were also 5 star.

Replaced roof on our house, garage and an outbuilding.  Great job, start to finish.  Fast, all in 1 day.  Great team, VERY efficient, all extremely courteous and professional.  These guys really know what they are doing.  I highly recommend them.

Just had a new roof put on my house in the Willis/ Conroe area. THE SERVICE was very good. They increased my trust level and gave me an excellent roofing job. Everyone was kind and efficient. I am grateful to Mike who initiated the sale, the folks in the office, the roofers and Luis who came out and did the final inspection. He was great. Thank you all.

Had them replace my roof in Pearland. Crew did a great job. Second time I used them actually (the first was a few years ago at a home I owned in La Marque). Same great quality work. Rare to find a company you can trust, but these guys are definitely it. A roof over your home is definitely not something you want to risk with a shady company, no matter how low the price.
