What I like about RCI Roofing is that they keep their promises and are always on time! Working with Jesse Medrano and his crew (roofers and painters) to fix my roof is pretty happy experience: They are friendly and work hard! They helped me take care of additional small issues with my roof even if it's not part of the contract... So, thank you all for your great work!!

RCI was even cursing the f*** word to my husband on the phone. How unprofessional is this???
My neighbor next door had some patch work done to his roof by RCI. Unfortunately they had not cleaned up after themselves. As we were pulling out of our driveway we picked up a roofing nail in our tire. The air pressure light went on within a minute. I understand things happen, but how they DID NOT handle it is disturbing. They would not take responsibility for the $85.00 to get a new tire. It is very sad to see they have no customer service at all!!! They tried to say it did not happen from their company. RIDICULOUS!!! They also left left numerous nails and shingles all over my property after telling me they have cleaned up. It sure would have been really another story had one of my grandchildren stepped on one on the side of my house. 
I would have expected a roofing company to take responsibility over their error. It is how they handled it that is very disturbing.
Please be aware of companies that do not accept responsibility for their people. Here are some of the nails they say are not from them. 
Sorry to put this out there, but I feel you all need to know. There are many roofers to choose from, so choose wisely. 
Keith Newby in our own neighborhood will make sure it is done right. He has your interest at heart.
When Keith saw my post he came over and ran his magnet for nails and we found all these. He has earned our business forever. Plus, he does so many other types of repairs. RCI never even used the magnet or they would have found them!!!
I love network marketing and I will always be honest. I will recommend great people and let you know who to stay away from.

We called out RCI to asssess a number of issues we had with our roof (few minor leaks). Promptly, Albert had called us back to schedule the appointment and came out that very same day. Not only did he identify the leaks but we had hail damage and we had no idea! Albert helped us through the whole insurance process and made it as seamless as possible for us. So not only did we get our leaks fixed but we got a whole new roof with upgrades!! We were very impressed with his professionalism and going above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. Best experience with any contractor we have ever had!! Will recommend to all my friends and neighbors! If you need any roof work call RCI !! Albert A++ !!

Our roof developed a substantial leak last weekend. My husband and I called 4 roofing companies in the area and RCI was the first to respond. Steve Landreth of RCI was very thorough and made it a point to check the entire roof. We were glad he did as he found 2 other areas where water was getting in. Over the next 2 days we received other quotes but all were not as efficient and all the other companies missed the problem areas Steve had identified. Oh, his price was the best too! Steve and his team came out that weekend and worked and 11hr. day to ensure the large storm coming that night would not cause further damage. Communication was great from start to finish. Most importantly, the work was done right and the repair looks fantastic along with the roof tune up which really cleaned up many problem areas which I know would have lead to more problems. I can't thank them enough and this goes down as our best interaction with any contractor!

The main thing I was impressed about these guys was that they worked with my insurance, which made what would have been a very unpleasant experience considerably less stressful. They also fixed my electric problem for free, which was nice of them. They were quick to respond, they were punctual, and they made a concerted effort to not make a mess.
