We have worked with Shamrock Roofing on a couple of occasions due to initial roof leaks and then again after Hurricane Harvey. We appreciated all the work that the Shamrock Roofing did ranging from smaller fixes to a full roof replacement. Shamrock roofing just completed our hail damaged roof replacement.  They were professional from the moment they arrived at our house for the first consultation to the final inspection when the job was complete.   They ensured that:
- Both my wife and I understood the scope of work.
- Top quality materials were used in the repair.
- All materials and equipment were on the job site when need.
- The crew did outstanding work and addressed small problems that were not directly covered by the contract without hassle.
- Respected the house by taking off shoes anytime they needed to come inside.
- They responded to questions and and addressed concerns immediately.
- Insurance paperwork and permit applications were filed by them directly.

Thank you Shamrock roofing for providing such a quality product and installation.  Our roof replacement project went smoothly and our experience was AWESOME!!  
Matt Satter, our representative was very professional and great in explaining the product, what was involved in the installation, as well as being responsive and open addressing our questions, comments and concerns.  The installers were courteous, professional and hard working.  They showed up early and stayed late, answered all questions, leaving a clean job site at the end of each day.  The attention to detail was impressive.  
We are super excited at the finished product.  Wow, our home looks brand new again.  The roof is beautiful.

Shamrock Roofing made the ordeal of having to get my roof replaced so much easier.  The crew had to put up with rain delays and my concerns (demands), and were very nice throughout it all.  Everyone at the office was great, especially Melissa.  They were the one company I talked with that I felt confident doing business with, and I am glad I did.
