Wonderful experience.  Our metal roof had a few leaks and we were not sure what option was best for us.  Mark provided us with a lot of information and introduced us to an option we had not considered.   We chose to have a weather proofing process applied.  Mark answered our multitude of questions and conducted inspections after each step in the process.  The employees were very courteous and professional. I recommend Precision Roof Crafters to anyone wanting a great product and professional, personal service.

Staff was amazing! A great experience! Informative, friendly, efficient! From the first time I contacted them until the job was done it was a good experience.  Had a flat roof that required TPO...new to me...they were the most detailed in their work and made the difference for me!  Call them...you'll see!

Precision Roof Crafters replaced my roof over a year ago. The workmanship was excellent and the quality of service was top notch. I recently noticed some water draining down the side of my house and I called Precision. Mark was sent out the same day! Turns out the problem is on my end: the gutters were overloaded, causing water to build up, as well as a minimal amount of weep holes preventing the brick from draining properly. I really appreciate Mark's detailed account of the problem as well as his help fixing it. Thanks!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Do not use this company. Our roof, as well as our neighbor's roofs were done terribly. When we all complained, they said..."we didn't do that, or that is because of this, nothing that we did". Our roof leaks, but it's not their fault. And do not say you have never visited my home, like I have seen on other's comments. You have been to every home in our entire community, multiple times. Horrible.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Precision Roof Crafters. After Harvey, we realized we had some roof leaks. We had SEVERAL roof inspections, and decided to go with Mark as he was not only professional, but extremely knowledgeable and thorough when diagnosing our issues, He wanted to go over everything and we felt the bids for the work done were very reasonable . We were also very impressed by David, who came out to do the roof work. David was polite, professional, and  took pride in the work he did on our home. He even did a few things for us that were not on our scope of work that we didn't ask him to do. We could not be more grateful for an excellent experience all the way around!
