The doctors and the nurses are amazing! I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff until today. I was checking in and the girl in front was beyond rude! I normally never have a copay and was told today I did I told her I didn’t have anyone money that I get paid tomorrow could I come in then or just pay then? She rolled her eyes at me and said you don’t even have that much? I have never been more disrespected she’s a horrible person to have on the front end. I called in to reschedule I didn’t even stand there to deal with her

The wait time wasn't bad, even as a new patient during peak hours. Staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. My doctor seen was B.J. Ho for a consult for surgery. He seemed genuinely concerned, and interested in my medical history that led up to my reason for surgery now. He went through medical copies I provided with me to receive as much information as he could get to offer me every option. He also offered me alternatives to think about prior to surgery to ensure I was making the best decisions for myself. The only negative I would say is the cups they have you give them a urine sample in are small Dixie drinking cups that you must walk with from the bathroom to your examination room. I spent exactly an hour here as a new patient for my surgery consult. I highly recommend this location and doctor B.J. Ho.

Their front office staff is far from good, today was my 2nd time in a span of a few years that they mysteriously did not have my insurance information when I went to check in causing me to wait in the waiting Room for over 30 minutes while they verified insurance and then would have to be squeeze between patients because I have missed my allocated appointment time. Being a nurse myself this is very frustrating. Why would they have not called ahead of time or even asked for my insurance information at the time of making the appointment, why wait until I get there to try and get it all figured out. The only reason why I gave 2 stars was for Dr Walter as he seems to be their saving grace. I have seen their nurse practitioner Britt who almost killed it completely as far as me being a patient. They truly need to revamp and re organize.

Horrible experience and I'm so glad today will be my last visit here. Changed doctors at 7 1/2 months because I can't deal with this place any longer. Wait times for SCHEDULED appointments are at least 30-40 before you get called then another 20-40 minutes waiting in the room to talk to the doctor. Staff is not very knowledgeable and it seems to me that NO ONE at this office has any clue about my pregnancy or what's going on. Overbooked. Tons of people in the waiting room. Dirty. And just recently took my gestational diabetes 1 hr test last week and over a week went by where no one called to tell me that my results were abnormal and I needed a 3 hour glucose test. If I would've never called to check, I may have been walking around with gestational diabetes and never have even known it! Decided to change doctor for my own safety AND sanity and the safety of my unborn child!!

Dr. Oland was my doctor for my delivery of my two children and he was there for my surgery. He is amazing!
